i’m nadeem; a samoan/iranian artist, designer and organiser, living and creating between meanjin/brisbane, “australia” and apia, samoa.

i’m drawn towards the intersections of sound, sight, and story, creating temporal environments for intention, connection, ritual and survival.

my process is collaborative and experimental, and i’ve worked in a lot of digital, sonic and material forms over the years, guiding public programs & events, art & installations, music, design & communications, objects & wearables, writing, and i guess ultimately—expectations.

i hope this site can be an archive of operant activities; from foundations to concepts; textures, systems, heights and compromises—a place for exemplary noise and contexts that permeate purpose.
